Transactional Processing
Using intelligent high speed inserting machines we can process the most complex transactional and financially sensitive mailings.  We utilise the latest mailing equipment that can read, match, verify multiple pages and selectively insert from a range of brochures and inserts.

Our IT department uses a range of barcodes which are encoded and read by the inserting machines to ensure the all pages are verified and are sent to the right person.

The ideal mailing solution if you need total verification of invoices, statements, group certificates and other sensitive mailings……….capable of processing standard DL size envelopes right up to C4/A4 envelopes!

Folding
Using our folding machines, we can fold in great numbers and at very high speeds. We can handle paper sizes from A1 to DL. For material that cannot be folded by machine, we can perform this function manually.

Inserting
Depending on the job quantity the actual inserting of the items into the envelopes can be the most time consuming process of your mail campaign. However, with the use of our highly trained personnel and high tech equipment we can ensure your job is processed in a timely and cost effective manner.

No matter if you need to insert a single item or a multiple page document into an envelope, using our intelligent insertion machines we are able to process the job quickly, accurately and within budget. The most common envelope sizes used on our inserting equipment are DLX, C5 and C4.

Custom sized envelopes, mail packs that require more than six items or material that isn’t suitable for machine insertion is no challenge for our handline department.
